This is a pocket comic book telling a story of the journey of a matchstick man who travels between the 2D, 2.5D, and the 3D world and tries to be "unique". But in the end, he finds his lost ego and eventually accepts himself.

As a rookie in comic drawings, the "Keith Haring" style enables me to find the balance between the difficulty level of creating and how to tell the story via pictures explicitly. So throughout the whole book, such style is used.

​The story is designed to reflect my own growing-up journey. When I was a little kid, maybe out of jealousy or other emotional motivations, I always wanted to be someone else because they had some features that I didn't have. As I gradually grow up, this thought eventually hurts me throughout an incident. From then on, I begin to realize that I am a unique existence as well. The meaning of my life is not given by others, but by myself. Step by step, I embrace myself and finally become the person who I always want to be, the one who believes in himself and his personality.
